Sony Bravia X70L TVs: Sony on Wednesday launched its Bravia X70L TV series with 4k Ultra HD LED display in India. The X70L TV series is available in 43-inch and 50-inch form factors. The TVs are compatible with Google TV, Apple AirPlay, Apple HomeKit and come with a voice-enabled remote.

The TVs feature a narrow bezel to offer a more immersive viewing experience to users. Its small remote comes with six partner keys including buttons for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+Hotstar, Sony Liv and YouTube. With this, users can easily navigate to their favourite streaming service with the push of a button.

Sony says that the X1 processor in the newly launched TV series uses advanced algorithms to cut noise and boost details. The TV’sReality Pro feature upscales visuals filmed in 2K and even full HD to 4K resolution. Also, Motionflow XR technology creates and inserts extra frames between the original ones to give the impression of smoother playback.

The Sony Bravia X70L TVs series comes with 20-watt twin “open-baffle” speakers with Dolby Audio support. According to the company, the TV’s clear phase technology uses a computer model to analyse and compensate for inaccuracies in speaker response. It does so by sampling the speaker frequency and feeding that information back to cancel out any peaks or dips in the speaker’s natural response.

The 43-inch Sony Bravia KD-43X70L is priced at Rs 59,900 and the 50-inch Sony KD-50X70L is priced at Rs 74,900. The TVs will be available across all Sony Centers, major electronic stores and e-commerce portals in India.
