The iQOO 11s is the company’s fastest-charging smartphone from the company with support for up to 200W fast charging and it is also the first smartphone from the company to offer up to 1 TB of internal storage. Similarly, the device also gets upgraded optics, which now feature a 50 MP Sony IMX866 sensor.

The rest of the specifications of the iQOO 11s align with the iQOO 11, which includes the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, up to 16 GB of RAM, and up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0-based storage. The smartphone features a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED screen with QHD+ resolution and 144Hz refresh rate, just like its predecessor.


In China, the smartphone ships with OriginOS 3, based on Android 13 and the international version of the iQOO 11s is likely to ship with ColorOS skin.

The smartphone continues to offer a triple camera setup, placed inside a large rectangular island, which houses a 50 MP primary wide-angle lens, a 13 MP telephoto lens with support for 2x optical zoom, and then an 8 MP ultra-wide angle lens. At the front, the smartphone features a 16 MP selfie camera with face unlock support.

Amidst the charging speed upgrade, which now supports up to 200W fast charging, the iQOO 11s packs a smaller 4,700 mAh battery with support for UFCS fast-charging protocol. The device claims to offer 3 hours of gameplay time with just five minutes of charging. The base model of the iQOO 11s with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage is priced at 3799 Yuan or Rs 43,289, similarly, the full-fledged variant with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage costs 4,799 Yuan or ~Rs 54,683.
