The answers to today’s Strands, game #733, are…
- ENTHUSIAST
- MANIAC
- ADMIRER
- DEVOTEE
- STAN
- SPANGRAM: YOURBIGGESTFAN
- My rating: Hard
- My score: 2 hints
Music plays a huge role in my life, but I can never imagine being so obsessed with one person that I would ever be described as a STAN or DEVOTEE, let alone a MANIAC.
I struggled once again to solve this Strands puzzle, and needed a couple of hints to get going. The very long spangram didn’t help, nor the fact that I couldn’t untangle MANIAC from its jumble of letters.
Yesterday’s NYT Strands answers (Thursday, March 5, game #732)
- PUNY
- MEAGER
- PALTRY
- SCANT
- PIDDLING
- NEGLIGIBLE
