OnePlus has announced the arrival of its latest truly wireless audio – the OnePlus Buds 3.  The new gadget will launch alongside the upcoming OnePlus 12 smartphone, which will make its global debut on January 23. The OnePlus Buds 3 has a 10.4mm driver and three microphones, supporting AAC and SBC Bluetooth codecs. With LHDC 5.0 Hi-Res audio output and Dynamic Bass technology, these true wireless earphones deliver a 3D surround-space sound experience, customizable game sound effects, and an impressive 94ms low latency.

Users get three levels of active noise cancellation (ANC) on the OnePlus Buds 3, with options for mild, moderate, and depth modes providing ANC of 10 dB, 20 dB, and 49 dB, respectively. Additionally, a transparency mode allows users to listen to their surroundings. The earphones boast an IP55 rating for dust and splash resistance.

Each earbud is equipped with a 58mAh battery, while the storage case for the OnePlus Buds 3 houses a 520mAh battery and a USB Type-C charging port. Thanks to fast charging capabilities, a mere 10-minute charge claims to offer up to 7 hours of music playback time. With ANC activated, the earphones provide a battery life of up to 6.5 hours independently and up to 28 hours when used with the case. Without ANC, OnePlus asserts a battery life of up to 10 hours for the earphones alone and up to 44 hours with the case on a single charge.
