The Pitt season 2 isn’t even cold yet, but The Pitt season 3 is already causing a ruckus among fans. While star and executive producer Noah Wyle confirmed that scripts were in development at the launch event for HBO Max UK, we’ve already had a shock cast departure.


Supriya Ganesh (Dr. Samira Mohan) will not be returning for the third season, with Wyle explaining at PaleyFest [via ScreenRant], “It’s an inevitability that’s going to happen every season with this show because as writers we’re hard pressed to figure out what a lapse of time we can have and keep most of the ensemble together realistically.
